For me, they initially made me dizzy when I was surrounded by too many different stones. A sign for me to take a closer look. Since testing them in various forms, I've been using them daily as tumbled stones or as jewelry. Each individual stone has a special effect on the body, mind, and soul. St. Hildegard of Bingen already discovered this.

When I speak of "healing" here, I mean activating the body's self-healing powers and balancing body, mind, and soul! If this balance is disturbed, for example, by external factors such as electrosmog, physical illness can arise. And we weren't "taught" that.
On the contrary, we are becoming increasingly distracted by electrosmog, 5G, and addictive structures, losing access to ourselves and our intuition.
